  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur, especially for customized products.
  • ZoyMart reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Customized Products

  • Custom orders are produced based on the design files and instructions you provide.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • ZoyMart reserves the right to decline orders with content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.
  • Due to the personalized nature of custom products, they are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Design consultations conducted via WhatsApp are part of our service — final approval rests with you before production begins.

6. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or bank transfer verification.
  • We accept bank transfers as our primary payment method. Payment details are provided at checkout.
  • Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to the same terms as website orders.
  • ZoyMart reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Products: May be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Customized Products: Non-refundable unless defective or materially different from the approved design.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZoyMart website — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of ZoyMart or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
